Evaluation of the Mental Health Crisis Response program in Austin Tx
Intentional Data partnered with AAUL to support the evaluation and presentation of the Mental Health Diversion program, a community-based initiative designed to connect individuals experiencing mental health crises to appropriate care rather than the criminal justice system.
Our work included developing a comprehensive program presentation synthesizing program data, outcomes, and community impact across key intervention points, as well as building an interactive performance dashboard that tracks program metrics in real time across service areas.
